Recording Academy resmi mengumumkan daftar lengkap pemenang Grammy Awards 2026 dalam malam puncak yang digelar Minggu (1/2) malam waktu Los Angeles, atau Senin (2/2) pagi waktu Indonesia. Ajang musik paling prestisius dunia ini kembali menghadirkan kejutan, kemenangan bersejarah, hingga penobatan musisi lintas genre.
Berdasarkan hasil pemungutan suara sekitar 15 ribu anggota Recording Academy, Bad Bunny tampil sebagai salah satu sorotan utama dengan menyabet Album of the Year lewat Debí Tirar Más Fotos (DTMF). Ini menjadi kemenangan pertamanya di kategori paling bergengsi Grammy.
Sementara itu, lagu “Golden” dari film animasi KPop Demon Hunters berhasil membawa pulang piala Best Song Written for Visual Media, dari total empat nominasi yang diterimanya pada Grammy Awards 2026.
Kategori Song of the Year dimenangkan oleh Billie Eilish melalui lagu Wildflower, yang dirilis pada 2024 dalam album Hit Me Hard and Soft. Penghargaan ini menjadi satu-satunya Grammy yang diraih album tersebut tahun ini, setelah sebelumnya gagal mendominasi pada musim penghargaan lalu.
Grammy 2026 juga menjadi momen spesial bagi sejumlah musisi yang meraih piala Grammy pertama dalam karier mereka, termasuk Olivia Dean dan Lola Young. Di sisi lain, Pharrell Williams dianugerahi penghargaan Global Music Impact, sementara Cher menerima Lifetime Achievement Award sebagai penghormatan atas kontribusi panjangnya di industri musik.
